1. Overview
This Refund and Returns Policy applies to all membership subscriptions, digital cultural learning materials, and physical handmade cultural craft goods purchased through mysterytaoism.com. All services and products are traditional Chinese cultural educational resources and handmade craft collections for study and collection purposes only. No fortune-telling, fate prediction or life-altering services are provided.
2. Subscription Membership Refund Rules
2.1 Eligible Refund Window
You may request a full refund for your membership subscription within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase date if you are unsatisfied with the cultural learning content.
- This 14-day refund window only applies to your first payment of a new subscription plan.
- Annual, quarterly and monthly recurring renewal charges are not eligible for refunds once the 14-day window of each billing cycle has passed.
2.2 Non-Refundable Scenarios for Memberships
We cannot offer refunds under the following conditions:
- More than 14 days have passed since your latest subscription billing charge;
- You have already received quarterly handmade cultural gift boxes shipped to your address;
- You have fully accessed and downloaded the complete digital culture resource library;
- You manually canceled your subscription mid-cycle and wish to receive a partial refund for the remaining service period; membership access remains active until the end of your current billing cycle with no partial refunds issued.
2.3 Cancellation & Renewal Note
Canceling your subscription only stops future automatic recurring charges. You will retain full access to all member benefits until your current billing period expires. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund request.
3. Physical Handmade Craft Return & Refund Rules
Physical cultural craft gifts sent as member perks or standalone store purchases support returns under these terms:
- Notify our customer support within 7 days after receiving the package if goods are damaged, defective or mismatched with product descriptions;
- All returned items must remain unused, intact, with original packaging and accessories;
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the item arrives damaged due to our shipping error;
- Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, a refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Custom handmade craft items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged during delivery.
4. Digital Content Special Terms
All digital cultural archives, weekly reading materials, online study guides and downloadable media are non-refundable after full access has been unlocked, as digital goods cannot be returned or resold once distributed to users.
5. How to Submit a Refund Request
To apply for a refund within the valid window, contact our official support email listed on our Contact Us page. Please include your order number, registered email and detailed reason for your refund application. Our support team will reply and process your request within 3 working days.
6. Policy Modification Right
